Fit 2 Go GROUP VIOLIN (PK and K)
Studying music encourages self-discipline and diligence, traits that carry over into intellectual pursuits and that lead to effective study and work habits. Creating and performing music promotes self-expression and provides self-gratification while giving pleasure to others. Musically, children will develop ear training and learn to read music. The skills the children will receive go way beyond just music...memory recall, working together, self-esteem, character building, fine motor skills, visualization, fun, and an appreciation of beautiful sounds used multi-culturally are just some of the additional benefits.

Fit 2 Go MUSIC (TODDLER 3 AND TRANSITION)
Music, instruments, pretend play and movement - - a great combination for young children! This program exposes children to basic usical concepts. Children have a great time singing together and expressing themselves through music.

Fit 2 Go FETCHERCISE (TRANSITION and PS)
A fantastically fun, original program that encourages young children to make exercise, nutrition, healthy habits, and friendship skills a part of their lives. Each class begins with a lesson told through an adorable set of hand puppets - including our mascot Fetcher Fitdog - that teaches children to eat less junk food, watch less television, get more active, and be kind to one another. Lots of aerobic exercise, colorful safe equipment, and great original music combine to make a unique (and fun!) program.

Fit 2 Go CREATIVE DRAMATICS (PK ONLY)
Students are encouraged to take the stage and project as they engage in improvisation and theater games. These activities build confidence, develop imagination, strengthen problem-solving skills and are just downright fun! Improvisation is a wonderful way to hone in on listening skills as well as getting comfortable with creating on the spot. All classes include a brief physical and vocal warm up.
