Fit 2 Go CREATIVE MOVEMENT/DANCE
This class incorporates the fundamentals of ballet, tap and creative movement in a fun learning environment. We utilize both songs and props to develop strength, flexibility, balance and coordination. Children are encouraged in their creativity and exploration of new movement in an enjoyable setting.

The study of acrobatics, this class focuses on flexibility, strength and coordination while teaching the basic movements such as forward roll, backbend and cartwheel.

Fit 2 Go KARATE
Seido karate is taught in a non-competitive environment by an instructor who fosters a supportive atmosphere and encourages students to respect one another while having fun. Children establish habits and positive associations that will last a lifetime.

Fit 2 Go MUSIC Music, instruments, pretend play and movement - - a great combination for young children! This program exposes children to basic musical concepts. Children have a great time singing together and expressing themselves through music.

Fit 2 Go CHINESE
Children are exposed to Mandarin Chinese, the official language in China, through songs, rhymes, fables and picture books. They will be introduced to phonetics and will learn about colors, fruits, numbers and animals. Exposing your child to a second language at a young age when the brain is at its most flexible stage optimizes his or her learning potential. In fact, learning a second language at a young age is said to be cognitively as easy as learning a first language!
NOTE: Continuing students and beginner students will be in separate classes. No class on 5/18.

Fit 2 Go GROUP VIOLIN INSTRUCTION
We are pleased to provide group violin instruction for children age 4 & up. Studying music encourages self-discipline and diligence, traits that carry over into intellectual pursuits and that lead to effective study and work habits. Creating and performing music promotes self-expression and provides self-gratification while giving pleasure to others. Musically, children will develop ear training and learn to read music. The skills the children will receive go way beyond just music… memory recall, working together, self-esteem, character building, fine motor skills, visualization, fun, and an appreciation of beautiful sounds used multi-culturally are just some of the additional benefits. Small groups of 4 to 6 children will receive 30 minutes of instruction from a highly qualified teacher each week. New content for continuing students.
