Fit 2 Go KARATE
Seido karate is taught
in a non-competitive environment by an instructor who fosters a
supportive atmosphere and encourages students to respect one another
while having fun. Children establish habits and positive associations that will last a lifetime.

Fit 2 Go THINKING SAMPLER
This program is a combination of high interest activities that incorporate reading, science, math, art, and music with inter-related subjects, geared toward the inquisitive child who loves to have fun and learn at the same time! Poetry, dance, science experiments, acting out plays, unusual math 'tricks' and games, and artistic projects are just some of the great activities planned.
