This is a great program for the beginner soccer player. Dribbling, trapping, passing and proper shooting techniques are some of the skills that are taught. Playing soccer provides children with self-confidence, physical fitness, and social interaction, all of which are essential to becoming well rounded individuals.

Fit 2 Go DANCING WITH THE ANIMALS - - Just for Intermediate Children!
While exploring different animals, our new 'creative movement' class - developed especially for younger children - allows boys and girls to explore spatial relationships, rhythm, body orientation and creative thinking in a relaxed and non-competitive environment. We know young children love to move and act like different animals - mimicking the sounds and movements they make - and this class allows them to do just that! Each class will include a simple warm up greeting and a fun animal-themed activity. The children will also bring home a fun animal coloring page!

Fit 2 Go SPANISH
Early childhood is the best time for language acquisition; the earlier a second language is introduced, the easier it will be for your child to pick up its unique sounds. This class exposes children to a foreign language through songs, games, stories, dance and art, by an instructor (Sra. Vigi) who conducts the class almost entirely in Spanish.

Studying music encourages self-discipline and diligence, traits that carry over into intellectual pursuits and that lead to effective study and work habits. Creating and performing music promotes self-expression and provides self-gratification while giving pleasure to others. Musically, children will develop ear training and learn to read music. The skills the children will receive go way beyond just music....memory recall, working together, self-esteem, character building, fine motor skills, visualization, fun, and an appreciation of beautiful sounds used multi-culturally are just some of the additional benefits.
