A more intensive music class based on the work of Emile Jaques-Dalcroze, the child will have opportunities for improvisational instrument play and rhythmic notations.The Dalcroze approach to musical education involves eurhythmics (trains the body through movement), solfege (trains the ear, eye and voice in pitch) and improvisation (to connect it all together).Musical games and sing a long songs will highlight each class.The children will move, sing, and play as they engage in a variety of activities involving listening, responding and inventing.Each class will build upon the child's innate musical ability in a fun and creative way.
